Abstract
It has become recognized for the time being to achieve the desire of any society to have a society civilized and modern, not a society contemporary consumer civilization other depends mainly on the development of its human resources, and if the human resources can be developed in several ways, through formal and informal, the stage of university education within the education system of formal can contribute to the effective (active) and growing in this process and in the light of what is owned institutions of higher education from the forces of human art and the possibility of substantial material in the light of the potential role played by the future output of university education in the process of development and economic construction and social and preservation of cultural heritage and the consolidation of the national conscience.
