| Abstract | ||
| 1. Have led the mortgage crisis in the United States to bankruptcy a large number of banks, U.S. and significantly reduced liquidity, which led to a decline in investment, economic growth and a serious deterioration in the financial markets and the speed moved the manifestations of the crisis to the rest of the industrialized countries the main European Union and Japan as well as the rest of the the world, and resulted in a slowdown in economic growth and the fear of the international trend to economic recession 2. The rate of economic growth, the overall width of the international and political circumstances and crises of the underlying determinants of crude oil prices in the international market, and slowing economic growth, particularly in the advanced industrial countries that consume large proportions of the daily production of the international crude oil will lead to lower oil prices, a result of declining aggregate demand on the grounds that the crude oil commodity and intermediate in the production processes, and this is what happened already and still continuing and perhaps accelerating decline and get the state of collapse in the case of economy enters recession and below table shows the rates of consumption of those states of the total international production of crude oil. | ||
