| Occupied an important position of small industries, the process of economic and social development in most countries of the world and at different degrees of development and confirm the two economies has been focused previously on the large industries in achieving economic growth and development of small industries, shall be deemed either an interest in the relatively recent. The analysis of small-scale industries will reflect the strengths and weaknesses and formulate appropriate solutions to the problems experienced by so as to enhance its contribution to economic development. While the varied mechanisms of solving the problems of small industries has been based previously to address a particular aspect of them which has led to the loss of its effectiveness as a result the negative impact of other problems so the efforts of the institutions concerned to address these problems were simple to the needs of the sector to do a common address system problems experienced by those industries It was possible for business incubators business Incubators that the performance of those tasks is a new mechanism has been applied mainly in the advanced industrial countries. | ||
