| Suffer many of the world from a serious problem are inherent to most of these countries, namely the problem of unemployment in their various forms, and this problem is not the problem of developing countries, but is a global problem as there is no country in the world today that can achieve full employment for all his sons, where, according to statistics that are by various international organizations Organization of the United Nations that there are more than one billion unemployed in the world and this number is on the rise under the current circumstances, where unemployment is one of the most important of the major challenges facing the countries in the world because of its serious economic and social This called for many countries to conferences and seminars in order to develop effective solutions to this problem that are not finding proper treatment for the problem remains the most important and which vary their rates from one country to another and according to population density of that country, as that behind this problem, the causes of internal and external Zadeh of gravity, however remains the common denominator to rise in the problem focus is in the high illiteracy rate, low educational level and health, and the failure of training programs and rehabilitation and not to keep up with educational policy related to the labor market in addition to that there are experts because widespread this phenomenon not to care for the social aspect to the extent appropriate and declining economic performance and the role of the state in this area, particularly after dispensing with the services of many workers in the programs of privatization and economic reform that respond to the requirements of the International Monetary Fund in this area and that do not serve the interests of developing countries, this research aims to study the reasons leading to the rise in the problem with striving for the development of treatments appropriate through what will be addressed in the chapters listed in this search. | ||
