| Although the consumption of international crude oil is increasing annually, but that these increases occurred at rates different annual as well as different from one country to another and from an international group to another and for different reasons related to prices of crude oil by the other hand the level of economic growth and tax policies and environmental taken and implementing new technologies for efficient use of resource of crude oil. | ||
