| Abstract | ||
| The concept of energy utilization (capacity utilization) and measurement of modern subjects addressed by many researchers in the past years, and though that endeavor is not only to know and measure this concept, but exceeded for the detection of many of the constraints set by the economic system, as is well known, economic system in any country is trying to avoid waste or disable the available resources, and noted that this approach was a recipe inherent in the industrialized countries that they face limited resources, and for this endeavor need to be available from these resources using fully utilized. Hence, the concept of energy utilization shows us whether the economic resources available in the country have been used or not fully utilized, as well as the attempt to detect the presence of excess surplus energy in a particular sector by drawing investment plans so they can be overcome bottlenecks that impede the pace of growth. | ||
