| Long and the countries of the Arab world, pursuing a different development paths in order to achieve economic growth, but those tracks proved to be unsustainable in the medium term. In the mid-eighties the impact of a significant drop in oil revenues on the discharge development policies prevailing at the time, causing a number of problems which required economic reforms and restructuring. These policies have led to the dominance of the public sector on all economic activities and the accumulation of debt and high unemployment rates. And the public sector is the engine of economic growth, which provides that a job which provides social services. These policies have led to a situation in which the population depends on the "welfare state" in the planning and directing their lives. In this vicious circle, the country has become hostage to the economic and social policies are open, and people used to receive them provided by the state. After the continuation of this situation for more than 20 years, "became abandoned in a short period of time is crucial.
