| Abstract | ||
| The world has seen since the eighties of the twentieth century to the present and clear development of creativity in the financial and banking by many of the factors influencing financial innovation has made it an attribute of a financial and banking system. Have emerged many of the entrances to financial innovation in the banking sector, which received considerable attention by researchers, bankers, and one of these approaches the task is (securitization of assets Assets Securitization), which is one of the entrances strategic task for the management of banks as an important approach in addressing the problem of the funding gap, which is based fundamental to the work of banks. No different bankers and academics in the management of money in banks is at the core banking business, because the bank was managing its cash flow in and out a way to achieve his goals of strategic task as the banking environment to encounter the forces and influences many make it necessary for banks adopting approaches the task to be able to manage their funds efficiently and effectively. Emerged from this standpoint the importance of studying the subject for his role in promoting the effective management of money in the banks that are the heart of the financial system in the economies of the countries which have a vital role important in strengthening their capacity and management of the country's resources efficiently. The contents of the research was containing four topics touched on the first section to a general framework for financial innovation and the basic contents and the second section contains a general framework for securitization of assets, while the third section included on the analytical side and the fourth section contains the most important conclusions and recommendations | ||
