Abstract
Government considers an important economic unit, you need to balance financial year to finance its activities, which is expressed by the public revenue, which is obtained by the State in the form of financial flows in order to cover overheads in order to satisfy the needs of the public. On this basis, is to rely on multiple sources of public revenue, which vary depending on the prevailing economic system and the extent of the State, as well as a result of the historical development of the different types of public revenues. Deals with the economics of public finances is mainly to study and analyze the financial policies of the government and called on the tunnel (policy spending power), as well as the collection of money and called (the policy of tax revenue).
