Abstract
Characterized by the tourism industry and hotel characteristics distinguish them from other sectors of the economy, as reflected by properties in the function of production for this sector, which has a special relationship between the elements of basic production to contribute to it, has indicated the views of economists in the vehemence about the properties of the function questions as Is that a function output with ancestry variable or the nature of the relationship between labor and capital make it closer to being a production function with fixed proportions, and is it a function of production capacity increased productivity or is it that makes the investment structure is closer to being a function of fixed productive capacity in the medium term.
