| Abstract | ||
| The economical consesutive developments happened in the world , make even the strongest country is not able to survive alone with out participating in what is happening in the world ,especially where there international economic al blocks made the Free Trade Area the simplest way of attracting it. It is clear that such areas become attracted regions for Direct Foreign Investment which are considered the best solution for several problems in their economies .The developing countries ,the best way of getting funding modern technician and technologies to deal with current development happening in the world and in the developed progressed countries . Also the progressed countries find this way a good tool of modern competition to control markets and to earn the highest profits . Therefore the countries are working to rise the blocks gradually and the processes of attraction ,production and employment are becoming the distinctions of this stage ,and this is considered as a part of costs which the state bears and which must not be more than profits achieved by the investment .From this concept the important of this re search to show the costs and achieved social benefit from attracting the Direct Foreign Investment because there are difference in the accounting and economical points of view and arguments concerning these cost and benefit. Some projects are useful from economical side but from accounting view and society it is not useful . | ||
