Abstract
- Focused on accounting during the first half of the twentieth century the concept of property linked to the administrative ideology that dominated during this period, which are based on the premise that the fundamental criterion for the performance of the project is (Eckel, L., "et.al.", 1992: PP. 16-23 ) economic efficiency (Flynn, BB, "et.al.", 1995: PP. 659-691), which crystallized in the organization of self-interest of owners as a primary responsibility of the Department, as a result of this ideological focus attention on the results of accounting measurement and disclosure (Brown, N. and Deegan, C., 1998: PP. 21-41) to achieve the interests of the angel of the project, and ignored any other results are not included in the list of those interests.
