| Gaining the issue of technology transfer and adaptation in developing countries of extreme importance, it has addressed many of the studies, research, and led many seminars and workshops intellectual and benediction interest organizations and different agencies were not still concerns of the peoples of these countries and their leaders, and increasing this interest in light of the widening technological gap that separates them from the States developed as a result the tremendous advances that were produced by data from scientific and technological progress during the last two decades in particular, was a process to speed up technology transfer and employment and reduce the cost transfer form inspired the President and most difficult challenge in front of these countries, especially since this process is of such magnitude and complexity, complexity, both in terms of technical or economic or political, has faced developing countries were still facing many problems and obstacles that prevent this process is a way that leads to the accumulation of experience and reduce the cost and Tiisar development, which made imported technology isolated from reality transferred to it and thus paralyze the possibilities of self development and weaken process of interaction required, and about it, the intensification of studies and research in this matter is gaining great importance, because the issues related to technology and development should be high on the concerns of researchers in this important stage in the evolution of humanity the fact that technology is a critical factor in the development process and to their ability to reduce costs and increase production as well as its role in Almtaadm find different alternatives for limited raw materials.
