Abstract
The tax different types of one of the most important sources of financing of the budget under way in Iraq, because the tax revenue devoted exclusively to finance the budget to meet the public expenditure (non-investment) of the State, and has increased the importance of taxes as a source of head of finance at the present time because of the increased role of the state intervention and thus increased public expenditure and what it requires from the need to provide the necessary financial resources to finance these expenditures, as well as the importance of taxes beyond being a major source of funding, but has become used as the main tool to bring about economic and social changes, as the taxes are used explicitly to guide investment and reflected in the development of the national economy as well as a fair re-distribution of national income and in proportion to the social and economic goals of the state, as well as the use of taxes as an important means to guide public and private consumption and the reduction of unnecessary consumption.
