Abstract
We should say that the march, which Sketha national economies distant and separate, sometimes towards openness and interaction is the march of an ancient and continuous, and although they were hit by this process from the slow atrophy or regression, but it was ongoing and continuous, but it is also seen in some cases rapid strides as obtained during the transitions dramatic that were produced by certain ages, such as the era of geographical discoveries and the scientific revolution and the technological revolution in communications and information revolution we are experiencing now and that has made the issue of globalization and economic character of which float to the surface and there is a need to examine the dimensions and implications and consequences.
