Abstract
Financial crises occur, usually, through the mechanisms of the economic system at the national level
And international, as long as that system is based on the free market and private initiative. It seems so far, not possible to avoid such crises, regardless of the fiscal and monetary policies of the gravity of the curriculum and the commitment of those who made it with wisdom and caution.
