Abstract
The world witnessed during the month of September 2008 and beyond as a financial crisis marks the largest and most influential in the Contemporary history and the effect was immediate and significant to the financial district on Wall Street in the United States of America, but this direct effect may not be combined with indirect effects on the economy, environment, energy, food and economic growth and the corporate sector and the production and technical developments, communications and many others may not do any good all processors and proposals that came out or maybe some people proposed to solve a particular crisis, some of whom suggested that pumping large amounts of money in the market to meet the demand, and from there went the direction of the prevailing legislation and the need to fix it. And went on many of the writers and the local effects of potential and requires that initiatives may contribute to arresting the decline and slide into the abyss, the heart of the matter is the question of very serious, especially in the future, and what concerns us here is not something the future with a recipe, but what has been taken of the investment decisions belong to the future, hence we can say that the essence of the problem is reflected in the effects based on certain results, and specific to the financial crisis of the United States and foe to other countries to include the world was a global crisis right; has talked about a lot of researchers in the discussions globalization of financial and economic system, alliances and partnerships or what has come to called the integration with the global economy.
