Abstract
Iraq is a modern state became independent in 1932, created by external forces developed by the final form as a result of bargaining and coordination between the interests of those powers of the States Great (Britain, France, America and the League of Nations; and diverse interests of people of different ethnicities, as well as the interests of Iraq's economic). So it is no surprise that the most severe economic crisis that has gripped Iraq stems from the international crises beyond its borders, although described by the local and Jdorha tie Iraq to the global economy.
