| Abstract | ||
| The research, entitled ''Interpretation in the Origins of Fiqh'', tackled the phenomenon of the interpretation of legal texts which are menthioned by the ascendants of Fiqh mentioned in their books. It discussed the kinds of interpretable texts, which the researcher called '' field of Interpretation'' and the kinds of texts whether they are accepted or rejected. Light was also shed on determining the lawful constraints on the acceptable interpretation, Which are the basis for to accepting such interpretation. Finally, the research referred to some juridical issues which are related to retaking hiba as an effect of interpretation on the difference of juridical rules between Islamic sects | ||
