| What can critique political cruelty is that the system can call it that a society without a state, do not represent the State is a society lacking in the structure of the political specialist, which consists of many functions that are specialized and officially recognized handled by specialists, and that kind of political maturity enjoyed by Palestine to make it out of the the scope of colonialism and get self-rule to become a colony of settlement and exploitation exploitation colonies-population colonies. Palestine is a state protected its political unity exercised by the powers of the Interior, while interfering Israel to security issues, economic and political make them look a Protecting Power, said the government action is the Palestinian administrative work for the government's policy of internal and external, a work left to the discretion of the executive power, shall not be appealed against possible off the administrative courts or jurisdiction, or control it, but to eliminate the political we mean by the parliaments which actually is a failed and ineffective for the incompetence of the hand, and on the other hand, the lack of effective control of legislative and judicial power of the Executive, and the Palestinian political action undertaken by the parties to reach power through general election to take over the government does not seem at first glance that he is weak, but not fair because of the weakness of effective political competition, and here we see to what extent the Oslo Accords succeeded in achieving its significance. | ||
