| Abstract | ||
| The involvement of the United States in Iraq and in Afghanistan in charge of a human having lost United States of America many of its soldiers, and the indignation of the American public, which demands management to withdraw from Iraq, and stop the preemptive wars, perhaps nothing be offset, however, interest in the Palestinian issue more seriously, Not surprisingly, say that, after the Vietnam War, and the extensive human casualties, the then administration had worked to intensify its diplomacy after it abandoned Vietnam by bringing China into the Western camp, and divert attention at home for the loss and defeat. The administration of President (Bush) does not envisage this approach to date to resolve the problem, but is paid to the Palestinian cause to the impasse. If it is wrong to delay the process of making peace in the region in favor of democracy-building, the more correct is to start doing both, since the transition to democracy does not only lead to chaos without hope in ending the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories.
