| Abstract | ||
| The study aimed to show the technical innovation and its effect on the process of developing tourist services, starting for the importance of the role practiced by the qualified tourist human resources in the creation and developing the innovation for the better use of the techniques and resources of the company. For the fulfillment of the objectives represented the evaluating of process of technical innovation and its effect in the development of the service of accommodation. This has been done through the devise of main hypothesis of the study represented in the effect of technical innovation in the development of the service of accommodation. After testing the hypothesis and process the results statistically. A number of findings the most important of which is that the plans employed in the creation of technical innovation are not qualified as they are incompliant to the objectives. Also, a number of recommendations such as the importance of depending on the organization of internal and external courses for the staff helping in the promotion of their skills of innovation in order to contribute the offering the best possible services. | ||
