| Raises the issue of (racial discrimination) practiced by Israel against the Palestinian Arab population inside Israel has great interest and widespread condemnation from the international community, particularly the board of the United Nations and its specialized agencies. We also note here to the conviction of former U.S. President Jimmy Carter engineer agreements (Camp David), between Egypt and Israel in 1978, as pointed out in his recent book (Palestine .. Israeli society is living a real dilemma is the contradiction that characterizes the social reality and the spiritual in Israel, and we mean by the discrepancy between (Israeli doctrine), which calls for the establishment of (democratic society progressive dominated by equity), which claims to Israeli propaganda, it has already been achieved, and the prevailing laws in Israel (theocracy - racism), as well as the climate which is characterized by intolerance of racial and Culture closed, as well as procedures totalitarian and coercive applied by the Israeli authorities, particularly the practices of racial discrimination against Arab citizens, and that link to the feel of the Palestinian Arab as the expatriate and the oppressed and the sunset in his homeland .
