| Abstract | ||
| Athlete achievement motivation is regarded as the cupidity of one ( Athlete ) on doing something that others see it difficult , through surpass on the self and competition with others under controlling and organized ideas with facility and speedily in function. So the researcher decided to know the achievement motivation on athletes , and the ways to achieve their aims and how it developed by the coaches. The Research Aims Are: • knowing level of athlete achievement motivation for students of physical college education. • knowing level of athlete achievement motivation according to the gender factor (female & male ) , and for the second and third stages of the students of physical college education. Research Procedure :- The researcher used description procedure by wiping manner. Research Specimen : The research concern ( 120 ) students as (male & female) from the second and third stages of the physical college education in gymnastics game . Also she used a group of statistics methods to achieve the truth and stability of measure. The Conclusion : • There are no differences with statistics function toward athlete achievement motivation for the students of the college in general. • Tthere is a difference in thoughts on male toward achievement motivation or achieve a win during athletes competitions. The Recommendations: • It is necessary that the coach should know needs and motives of athletes to help them on achieve , so the coach has the key of their motivation toward achievement. • During training, the coach must see every athlete, know his essential needs, his motivation to training sport, so he can growing up and develop it. • The training and activities should be more variety with keeping useful from athletes. | ||
