Abstract
The study aimed at Introducing the development which is gained through the effect of the Aerobic and Endurance training in some physical variables of football . The researchers have used an experimental curriculum to be convenient with the nature of the problem . The players of the Arbil sports club who are improved in football have been chosen . They have been (24) players , who are collected for the research but four players have been disqualified because of their absence in the main experiment , thus the amount of the sample became 20 players and this is a unique experimental mass . Some means and instruments have been used for collecting informations . After that both researchers provided the experimental curriculum on the base4s of (3) training units during a week within (8) weeks . The number of the training units became (24) units . They have been distributed among some professionals in the scope of the science of the sports and football training . The results have been resolved by the statistics instruments .The researchers finally reached conclusions as follows : • The experimental curriculum has positive and spiritual effect on the Aerobic Endurance (which is 2400 M.) and non- Aerobic Endurance (which is 200 M.) . • The Spirit difference of the Aerobic Endurance (2400 M.) is bigger than the spirit difference of non- Aerobic Endurance (200 M.) . Finally the researchers reached a number of recommendations.
