Abstract
ABSTRACT This experiment aimed to evaluate the effects of partial and Complete replacement of corn by locally rice broken on the some eggs and blood traits of Lohmann- Brown layer hens . 72 thousands layer hens age 40 week ) were randomly distributed on The treatments groups include : control Tc1 , = 15% corn, T2 = 10% corn + 5% rice broken , T3 = 5% corn + 10% rice broken , T4 = 0.0 % corn + 15% rice broken . Results indicate that no significant difference in egg weight , relative weight of egg albumin , relative weight of egg yolk and the Haugh units ( H . U ) of eggs among all treatment groups during the production period But there were significant differences inside of each treatment in egg weight during the fourth month of production . No significant differences in percent of ( PCV ) , ( RBC , WBC numbers ) , Hemoglobin and lymphoid cell ratio at the end of experiments There were significant differences ( P < 0.05 ) in total protein concentrate , Albumin , Globulin , A/G ratio and blood glucose concentration with increasing of percent rice broken Linearly . There were lowest significant ( P < 0.05 ) in plasma cholesterol . and yolk cholesterol with increasing replacing of rice broken instead of corn. This results seems have good result and a resulting of using rice broken (by product) to produce egg layer with minimum level of cholesterol concentration at commercial breeding . The study of some eggs quality and Blood Composition of Commercial Lohmann Brown Eggs Hens which fed different levels of rice Broken in stead of corn .
