| Abstract | ||
| The mixture of processed ninivite and kaolin has for the first time been used for the removal of mercury from its effluents after nitric acid digestion. Under optimum experimental conditions [shaking time, pH, temperature and quantity of processed ninivite and kaolin mixture, AS(N+K)], the removal efficiency has been found to be >95%.
