The Economic Feasibility Of Project of the Aleppo Pistachio Production in Iraq | ||

| Abstract | ||
| The results of the economic analysis of the project of growing the Aleppo pistachio in Iraq had shown high competence due to high economic evaluation standards as the average internal rate of return of the project had been as high as 13% ,We also notice that the rise in the net present value had been (1,8) billions ID. In addition to that, the revenue of the invested Dinar in this project gave ID. (2,2) dinars throughout the production cycle . After the analysis of the project s sensitivity had been carried out , the results had shown that after the costs had risen by (10%), the rise in the costs that are deducted according to this percentage had led to a decline in the net present value , and the invested dinar revenue has become (1,9) after the invested dinar gave a revenue of (2,2) dinars .Nevertheless, the project is considered economically successful as long as the dinar revenue is of a value that exceeds one | ||
