| And starts the importance of research of the importance of resource time because he is more resource vulnerable to waste and abuse compared to other resources, and also of the importance of applying the management of this resource by principals middle schools according to management processes while the three of planning time, organization and control it, as being related to the effective in achieving the objectives of the preparatory stage as each goal is determined to achieve during a specified time period in other words a specific timeframe. The importance of this study, both theoretical and practical, it may pay to complement other studies in the same subject at the scientific level, and provide evidence of planning practice in time management to guide the managers how to manage working time according to the official correct scientific basis of objective | ||
