| Abstract | ||
| This study seeks to identify the electronic exchange of information between researchers who attend the Internet centers in the Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Science at the University of Mustansiriya. Added to identify the extent to which and the rate of use of this service by diagnosing the quality of services available to the network (the Internet) and to overcome difficulties and obstacles that stand in the way researchers access to information. The study survey method and prepared a questionnaire (*) and distributed to the random sample size (50) researcher, has found the study to several results of the most important was found that the percentage (38%) of researchers rely entirely on electronic trading of private information who are good to deal with the Internet and who not finding it difficult to handle the English language. While we find that the ratio (44%) of the researchers are using information in electronic trading average because they combine advanced tools in the search for information and traditional tools. | ||
