| It has been found out that it is necessary to include aneffective and integral system for the administrion of information in each fonndation in the ministry of higher education and scientific research and particulary in the foundations of university of Diyala so this study aims at finding out the efficiency for the administration of in formation system for the headmasters of the scientific and hnmarity departments departments in the colleges of university of Diyala.
