| Abstract | ||
| the Introduction and the importance of research and problem illustrated by the ack of use modern techniques of deep breasting, colors, musical relaxation, message… Etc … the objectives of the research included :- 1- Identifying the concern of the situation by measuring some physiological variables (average blood pressure, heart rate) . for Laobei premier club hand ball . 2- Developing and implementing a programmer of mental calm with the use of the color pink to reduce stale anxiety in the players premier club land ball . 3- Under stand the impact of the programmer applied to calm the physic co logical with the reelection of state anxiety to the players, the premier club hand ball. The researchers used the experimental method on a sample of research and number (72) players Howe been excluded (20) players experience and the remaining 52 sample was divided into two groups (experimental, control) was contained in each kit (26) player . The results of the research :- 1- the calm of the programmer withe the psycological use of color pink a positive impact on physiological variables (average blood pressure , heart rate ) . 2- To calm the psychological programmer the use of color pink active and positive role in reducing anxiety before the game . The researcher re commands that programmer Bastkham mental calm withe the use of the proposed color pink trainers and specialists | ||
