| Abstract | ||
| Capacity is a necessary consensus in the game of fencing through the ability of the player, the compatibility between the arm and armed men and set the distance of jousting at the same time. Therefore, the researcher concerned with compatibility bilateral muscular exercise through the use of the vehicle (both physical and skill) which enables us to link between physical capacity and skill mobility and is consistent with the movements of the various fencing. The study aimed to identify the impact of exercise training complex physical and skill in the development of bilateral muscular compatibility with players duel. The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of players Club Girl Baghdad's duel and (14 player), was the use of experimental design with control of an arbitrator. The sample was divided randomly into two groups, one experimental group and the second control group and by (7) players in each group. After a uniformity and equality of the members of the sample, applied curriculum research sample group (experimental) rate (90) minutes of the module one and (20) minutes of training setup that has been the introduction of the independent variable by the exercise vehicle (physical and skill), and this is the time of performance only, without the expense of the rest periods within it. Ranged from the intensity of training (80% -95), giving extended rest return pulse to 120 n / d between duplicates and aggregates. Platform has been launched on 01.16.2010 and ended on 19/04/2010. After a tribal-and-after tests have been processing the results and find a vehicle that exercise (physical and skills) used had a positive impact in the development of bilateral muscular consensus among a sample experimental research. Therefore recommends the adoption of the courtyard exercises prepared by the researcher to develop compatibility bilateral muscular players duel | ||
