| This stady carried out to show the effete storage under room tenperaturw and organoleptic characlersues of lrre lypes of polato. Daimonet. Alfa and cardinal wrien reailed in loal markets of Basrah city. Results appeared aliule loss of no sture occulted for the Daimonct typc of potato comparalive with cardinal and Alia types when stor ed a room Temperature in paper bags the pereentage of the moisture for Daimone type oefore slcrage was 78% and 76% aftr wo weeks . while it was 81% and 75% for alfa type especively and was 82% and 76% for cardinal lype especively. Also it found that the organoleptic changes of Daimonet type was less tdin the other types of potato. | ||
