Abstract
The search aims at defining the ways which the state follows to supporting policy for agricultural projects because of its importance in crossing economical embargo, and its also works on protecting the agricultural producers from the price fluctuation, increasing their production, but the problem of this policy is The difficulty of directing supports amounts to some projects which has exposed to bad performance which will cost for the state budget. and some of the supporting ways are : subsidy production requirement such as seeds , fertilizers through producing them locally or by importing them than state sells them to the agricultural producers at a suitable price and also the supporting of the main harvests ( Wheat, Barley, Rice ) which most of them are distributed to the consumers , and during 1997 The state has reinvigorate the chickens projects through supporting the imported inputs such as production requirement and selling them at an accountable price , also the agricultural supports amounts has reached (70- 84%) of the total supports amounts to the economical sectors , cereal harvests has toke the biggest share of those amounts, eventually it has lead to the stability of the agricultural income, increasing the production, expanding in the planted lands .
