| Abstract | ||
| The Aim of this Research is knowing the role of Value Chain in reducing & Management the Cost through depending on the financial Statement for the General Structural Manufactures Company during the period ( 31/12/2000 – 31/12/2004 ) . The Study's Results show that possibility reduction of Total Cost by using the Value Chain and recommendations have been made , the Important Suggestions is using the new Styles in Cost management and using new Devices in Production . | ||
