| A work teams facilitate employee participation in operating decisions, the most successful approach constitutes a team effort. As a teams generates through coordinated effort their individual efforts results in a level of performance that is greater than the sum of those individual inputs. Participation programs is the use of joint decision making, been promoted as a panacea for poor morale and low productivity. In add ion to, the result of participation for improving employee performance and provides intrinsic rewards for employees. It can make their jobs more interesting. | ||
