Abstract
Abstract : The nineties decade has witnessed many changes and rapid and profound in its effects and its future directions, with the global economy turned into a small village rival parties by the technological revolution and information technology, and has resulted in this new concept, namely the concept of globalization, which can not be absorbed only in those changes, and therefore have spread of globalization at all levels of production , financing, financial and administrative, on the other hand, it has multi types, as well as application areas, there is economic globalization, which remains the source of all types, which in turn are divided into productivity globalization and financial globalization. A lot of changes and developments, studies and phenomena and the implications of globalization Indicates to have a large impact on the banking system in any country in the world, including the Algerian banking system, particularly financial globalization, hence, this research attempts to study this phenomenon and its implications on the Algerian banking system, because the banking system as the most important economic activities and the most vulnerable and response to international changes resulting from globalization.
