Diagnoses the points of strength and the ways of advancement as well as diagnoses the points of weakness and the ways of their remedy. Because of the privet colleges is one of the most important institution of higher education and the stuff of teachers is the most important factor (element , implement) that we depends upon it in building The future and in the development of higher education outlets , so that the operation of performance evaluation to the staff of teachers in the private colleges is one if the most important subjects in our present time there fore In this research we will dot with the concept of performance evaluation and the factors that effect upon it , while the practical side explains the preparing practical study on a sample of private colleges on a form that designes for this purpose which consists on four axis and analyzing the data to get the results to reach the conclusions and presenting some of Recommendations that (confirm) the role of the operation of performance evaluation in Iraqi private college
