| Abstract | ||
| Expanded after the Arab Islamic state, the greater its role significantly in the relations with foreign countries, especially the Byzantine Empire, it must be that if the conventions and treaties concluded with other countries according to the circumstances which necessitated the stage. Of the main objectives of the Arab state's Islamic contract agreements, is to secure and protect the borders of any external aggression, especially by the Byzantine Empire, where the Roman Byzantine territory they continue doing the attacks on the Arab Islamic state, particularly in the Umayyad period, requiring the Umayyad procedures which will protect the state border, including held conventions and treaties, as well as the Roman Byzantine territory took advantage of internal disturbances experienced by the Muslims. | ||
