| Prisons, institutions, administrative task in the state system, the state is seeking, through this institution to deter the perpetrators to prevent harm to the community, and to achieve calm and internal stability, that the mission of this institution may change with political systems, turning from Masssh reform and discipline to the institution of torture and maltreatment, and used some rulers tool to suppress all those who oppose state policy from afar or near, the offender is imprisoned along with the minister and the governor and the judge and the owners of prestige and honor. As a result of political conflicts and social communities in the era of the kings of increased liabilities, and numerous problems among those conflicting and competing with each other, prisons and placed increased importance, and assigned guards to guard the prisoners. The importance of the subject matter combine both political and social, they describe the prison sites and determine the most important prisons in Andalusia in the search, as shown by the reasons for ordering the imprisonment of people and their motives. | ||
