| Abstract | ||
| The book which is entitled " Al-Tasheel " is regared the greatest book ever authored after Seebawayh’s book . The book is composed by Jamal-u-ddin bin Malik ( d : H 672 ) . It has been the centre of attention by scholas and researchers ever since it was composed . However , this work has been commentated on sixty-six times , some of these commentation have been received with great favour , yet others have not been received with due approval . In this regard , let us reveal a fact that Al-Salseelie has not been awarded the due attention , neither has his book . This is why the researcher believes it necessary to shed light on the method pursued by this scholar in the domain of grammer studies . In this research . the systematic method adopted in the composition of this book , the exemplification cited , the scholarly status of the scholar concerned as well as his attiudes towards the issues of controversy have been given prominence to . At the condusion , the researcher has come up with these findings : 1- Al-Salseelie draws on exemplification considerably , especially from the holy Hadith . 2- he has outstanding attitudes towards grammar 3- he is ingenious in the presentation of controversial issues . 4- his style is characterized by being succinct and smooth . 5- his diction reflects his personality all over the work . From all that has been presented , we can infer that he is neither a Basri nor a Kufi rather he used to adopt a straight forward analogy as well as abundant – quotation strategy . | ||
