| Biography of the Prophet blessed the attention of the Islamic Call and the internal motivation (motivation), which is made by man himself to be an engine internally urged to continue to work and provide the finest but missed the eyes of the observers and residents. In this conservative Muslim communities grew up on the serenity and purity, purity and commitment to the presence of these internal stimuli. This is what has failed most modern theories concerned with the physical or external stimulation as a key in motivating employees. | ||
