| The current research aims to identify the level of religious values to the members of the faculty at the University of Wasit province, according to a changing scientific title of Lecturer, Assistant Lecturer, according to a variable allocated overall scientific, humanitarian action was limited to the members of the faculty at the University of Wasit ongoing job for the 2008-2009 academic year AD who carry scientific title of a teacher, teacher assistant who work in schools (specializing in Humanity) College of Education and (scientific discipline), Faculty of Science and touched on the current search to four theories as a theoretical framework has been discussed and the statement of aspects of the benefit of it and also addressed the Ten studies earlier discussed and indicate the aspects of the benefit from, and total community Find (380) individuals were selected him as the amount of sample (140) and by individuals (36.84%) and the researcher built a scale consisting of (40), paragraph extracted with honesty and Virtual Find a Pearson correlation coefficient, which amounted to (0.87) and put the imam of each paragraph three alternatives to the answer is (apply to him always, apply to him sometimes, do not apply), and given grades (1,2,3), respectively, to these alternatives and analyzed the results using the test Altaúa, which was one of the most important that the faculty in the College of Education, Humanity and the College of Science in I know who carry the title Teacher Assistant Teacher had a good level of religious values and it became clear that there is no statistically significant difference between them according to changing scientific title, according to a variable allocated faculty (Science or Humanity), and it became clear that the variable title and variable specialty college does not have any impact on the religious values of faculty members and provide current search number enabled the necessary recommendations, which was highlighted by a lot of seminars, conferences, religious and scientific colleges and universities to deepen religious values and Islamic faculty members and also suggested a number of proposals to conduct further studies such as conducting a similar study on the teaching staff of the University of Baghdad and other variables | ||
