| The tyranny phenomenon as old as the human and is still going, it is one of the problems which addressed through philosophical and political, as well as historical, it imposes itself through time present, whether in behavior or in practice and in all levels, from the frame of individual (family), to the framework of collective (levels of politics), and others. Historically, the Arab and Western rich in experiences and lessons that experience of nations and peoples through the ages, it is full of evidences many different and diverse range of practices in the power and authority, so the trial date is a very complex issue as required by the ability of mind and insight to surround him on every side, as well as imposed a condition of neutrality and objectivity after distracting the mind to research and analysis and scrutiny all the way to draw lessons that remain subject to the relative control by which things and phenomena. | ||
