A study of some changes in blood and urine of pregnant women with bacterial isolation from urine specimens. | ||

| Abstract | ||
| The present study was conducted on two groups from pregnant women, the 1st group included 34 pregnant with age range (18-30) years and the 2nd group (22) pregnant (31-40) years. Haemoglobin (Hb gm %) , (PCV %), were estimated. The microscopical examination for urine samples that included urine appearance, PH, Pus cells, Epithelial cells and bacterial isolation in (25) samples from both two groups (18-40) years were studied. Antimicrobial sensivity was done. The Hb gm% in 1st was lower significantly (P<0.05) (11.75±0.16 gm %) in comparison with 2nd group (12.07±0.22 gm %). The PCV% for both groups was not significantly (P>0.05), (36.76±0.52); (37.54±0.70) respectively. The presence of RBCs in 1st group aged (18-31) years was significant (P<0.05) .pus cells and epithelial cells was increasing (P<0.05) in 35 pregnant women having Turbid Urine. | ||
