Abstract
According to the Given features that the press enjoyed between the media through its functions and objectives, according to the theory of receiving and repulsion, concerning the nature of the receiving public and that are interested to know Preference conduct what receive of contents that incompatible with his beliefs or consistent with, and is subject content to process selection, so gave theoretical Islamic Media self-responsibility for who does calling focusing on the conscience and faith, So who does contact demands review of values that are consistent with Islamic principles and moral, it is commentary and interpretations and essays and analyzes and news and information not in accordance with inclinations or tendencies media company in which it operates, but according to objective aimed that contribute to achieve stability, guidance and education, knowledge and achievement. All of this leads to highlighting the importance of the role of the media in building contemporary Islamic societies. So came the idea of a researcher to identify the topics published in the Islamic press Ornament and the attention of those who made it. The research was divided into four sections, the first section is a methodological framework for the research, which included the importance of research and his problem and his goal method and procedures of the research and society. The second section was divided into two first: the history of the Islamic press in general in Iraq, and the second topic: the history of the Islamic press in Hilla. The third section has been allocated: the speech Media Islamic and dealt with three topics, the first: the Islamic discourse in general and the press in particular, the second topic: has been allocated for sources Islamic themes, and the third topic: was on the characteristics and attributes of media discourse Islamic. The fourth section: has been allocated for the analytical study of topics published in The Islamic Fayhaa within the period subject to search, and at the end of the researcher Find out some results in addition to the sources relied upon in the search.
