| The Summary The concept of information and communication technologies is recent. Today, it has no limited specified definitions. It can be described as "the ability to reach different sources of information easily within the available time and money. This technology is of great use in promoting and improving the traditional teaching system, and creating new forms of modern teaching system so as to let the student participate more in the teaching process. Electronic teaching is hardly easy. Special tools and means are available, yet what is hard is. it's beginning . when it's start is clear and firmly established , its success will be certain . if the first step was not clear , correcting the situation and going back to the correct direction would be hard , tiresome , and time consuming . In this study, a focus is being given to conduct a survey of the concepts of electronic teaching, defining them, and giving samples of the process of simulation. A focus is also put on. On the positive sides and advantages of recent technology and methods of teaching. The electronic class is identified its capabilities are specified . finally, a proposal is being given by the researcher to start the application of electronic teaching system , giving practical steps , and the demand of applying this system. | ||
