| Abstract | ||
| The effect of variable refraction index gap between fiber optical on the fundamental parameters a semiconductor laser device have been studied . Also The effect on the Attenuation of the rays which pass through the fiber also have been studied. It is found that there is not a restricted effect of the optical rays on the fundamental parameters of the device. The results show that there is attenuation in the optical rages when the distance between the fiber sides is very small while this attenuation increase with increasing the distant. Finally it is found that the attenuation decrease with the increases the Values of refraction index . | ||
