| Abstract | ||
| The study concluded the discovery and investigation of the ability of bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus in dampening the growth of Listeria monocytogenes.We also used different concentration from Lactobacillus acidophilus )LBA( in the contrastive study . The activity increased to reach its maximum at the concentration off 100 mg / ml which has the ability to dampen of L. monocytogenes isolate by diameters dampening which ranged from (24 - 23) mm. The value of MIC and MBC was specified . The amount of MIC was 25 mg / ml and the amount of MBC 50 mg / ml , the LD50 was also specified and its percentage was 1000 mg / ml . So the use of this CFS is safe from a hygienic point of view . | ||
